Privacy &
enquiry records.
A plain-language explanation of what happens when you send JELCORE a question or a request for quotation.
What the forms collect
The Contact form asks for your name, work email, optional company, topic and message. The RFQ form requests those contact details plus delivery destination, optional requested date, project notes and part numbers, brands and requested quantities. No card payments are collected through the site.
How information is handled
When online submission is activated, the form sends your entry over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Pages server-side endpoint. That endpoint forwards it to a Google Apps Script owned by the website operator, which records it in a private Google Sheet. Google Sheet access remains controlled by the owner's Google account and sharing settings. When online submissions are unavailable, you can use the email alternative instead.
Purpose and storage
These details are used to review and reply to sourcing, documentation and PCBA enquiries. Your RFQ basket is also saved in your own browser's local storage until you submit it successfully or remove the contents. This site does not provide a customer account or payment checkout.
Access, retention and questions
Only people given access by the Google Sheet owner should be able to view the stored enquiry records. Automatic deletion or a fixed retention period is not configured by this website; the operator must manage access and a retention policy appropriate to its obligations. To ask about a record or request correction/deletion, contact [email protected].
Before public launch, review and approve this notice, Google Sheet permissions, applicable retention rules and anti-spam safeguards. This notice describes the technical design and is not a substitute for a legally reviewed company privacy policy.
