QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

Quality is a process
of asking the right questions.

Build inspection, traceability and acceptance requirements into the enquiry from the beginning. Actual checks and documents depend on the agreed project scope.

OUR APPROACH

Define what quality means for your order.

Different projects need different evidence. A prototype build and a regulated production programme may require different checks, documentation and acceptance criteria. These are the checkpoints we suggest discussing during sourcing.

01

Requirements & sourcing

Confirm MPN, manufacturer, package, target quantity, lifecycle constraints, acceptable alternatives and delivery destination.

02

Documentation requests

Identify which manufacturer data, traceability information, lot/date-code evidence and certificates are required in the quotation.

03

Inspection & tests

Define packaging, labelling, visual inspection or more specialised testing as appropriate. Any external service is agreed explicitly.

04

Shipment acceptance

Set expectations for packing, records and nonconformance handling in advance of dispatch.

PRACTICAL CHECKPOINTS

From part identity to delivery evidence.

01 / Part identification

Confirm the full MPN, suffix, package and manufacturer reference.

02 / Logistics and handling

Discuss dry-pack, ESD, MSL and label requirements where applicable.

03 / Date-code and lifecycle review

Specify acceptable age limits and request current lifecycle evidence if needed.

04 / Inspection records

Identify incoming inspection, test reports or special acceptance criteria required.

Certification and traceability notice

This site does not claim ISO certification, manufacturer-authorized distributor status, blanket full traceability, in-house X-ray equipment or a standard test capacity. Request documentary proof or process confirmation for any requirement that matters to your order.
